Each type of latex has a different activation process to achieve its maximum performance:

ContactGrip: The palm comes pre-activated at the factory, so no thorough initial washing is required. Simply remove the protective film and moisten your palms about 20 minutes before first use to awaken the latex. From then on, you only need to lightly moisten the gloves before each match or training session. After this process, the palm offers maximum grip from the first use.

GigaGrip: This palm doesn't have a protective film, but is covered with a thin layer of powder that protects the latex during storage. To properly activate it, it should be washed thoroughly with warm water before first use, removing all residue. The latex reaches its maximum grip after the first two or three uses, at which point it offers performance very similar to that of the ContactGrip palm.

SoftGrip: The SoftGrip palm requires a similar activation to the GigaGrip, with a generous initial wash to remove factory residue and activate the material. While its grip doesn't reach the same level of stickiness as the GigaGrip, it offers greater durability and ease of maintenance, making it an ideal choice for training or high-demand conditions.

RoughProfile: The activation process is similar to that of the SoftGrip palm, requiring an initial wash with plenty of warm water to remove factory residue and activate the latex. Once activated, simply moisten the palms lightly before each use to maintain consistent and stable performance. The grip level is lower than that of the SoftGrip palm; in contrast, it offers greater durability.

Under no circumstances should you put your gloves in the washing machine, as they could be seriously damaged. To wash them properly, wash them by hand in warm water and, preferably, use the Glove Cleaner from TwoFive.

Drying gloves is essential to ensure their maximum durability. They should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated area of the home, such as a bedroom or a coat rack. It is highly recommended to remove them from the bag after each use to allow them to air out in that space. This will help extend the glove's lifespan.

Under no circumstances should they be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods, as the latex can be severely damaged and completely lose its grip, especially in the PRO and ADVANCE ranges.

Match gloves offer very good grip but low durability, so they are not recommended for use in training, as they would wear out very quickly. This is because the palm is made of natural latex. TwoFive, these gloves correspond to the PRO range and some specific models of the ADVANCE range.

On the other hand, training gloves have less grip but much greater durability, as their palm is made of synthetic latex. This makes them ideal for training, where the same level of grip as in a match isn't required. TwoFive, this type of glove corresponds to the BASIC range and certain models of the ADVANCE range.

Abrasion damage is inevitable for any goalkeeper, although there are certain tips that can help extend the life of your gloves.

Avoid landing on your palms during actions that require sliding: in low-level dives, where the body usually slows down due to the pressure of the palms against the ground, the gloves suffer significant wear. Therefore, it is recommended that, after making a block or clearance, the goalkeeper use their fists to slow down and thus avoid damaging their palms.

Don't stand up with the palms of your gloves: Pushing off the floor with your hands causes latex to wear down quickly; therefore, it's best to stand up using your fists to reduce wear.

Pitch condition: Training or playing on fields in good condition also helps keep the gloves in better condition, as abrasion on the latex is lower, although this factor does not directly depend on the goalkeeper.

all gloves TwoFive They feature breathable fabrics that help minimize unpleasant odors after intensive use. However, a recommended measure to prevent the appearance of odors is to apply talcum powder to the inside of the glove, where the hand is inserted, which will help reduce them significantly.

Under no circumstances should talcum powder be applied to the palm of the glove, as this will negatively affect its grip.
