The customs system will apply the corresponding taxes.
We cannot determine the amount of taxes payable by the customer upon receiving their order, as in the case of the Canary Islands it depends on the Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (IGIC) and the procedures of Canary Islands customs.
These costs must be paid directly by the customer to the customs authorities or the transport company in charge of the delivery.

Transport companies collect orders at approximately 14:00 PM every working day.
The cut-off time to ensure an order can be shipped the same day is until 13: 00h.

- Data provided by the user that is false, inaccurate, or incomplete
- Absence of recipient
- Causes beyond the control of the transport company
We do not ship to post office boxes.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, TWOFIVE 2019, SL will take the measures required of a diligent trader to ensure that delivery can be made within the agreed time or, failing that, as soon as possible.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Once a product has been customized It cannot be exchanged or returned.except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors in personalization.
Before selecting the customization option, we recommend making sure you choose the correct product size.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective product, you should contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange or refund.

REFUND OF RETURNS
The returns system allows you to choose between three refund methods:
1. Original payment method
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The process may take up to 7 business days.
2. Bank transfer
The money will be transferred directly to your bank account.
3. Gift card
You will receive a gift card to use for future purchases on our website.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without need for justification, provided that the product not used.
The withdrawal period will begin from the day on which the customer, or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
During the Christmas period this period may be extended until 30 calendar days.
This right of return applies to all countries in which we market our products.

The deadline will be considered met if the communication is sent before the 14 calendar days are over.
The refund will be issued. without undue delay and, in any event, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of the withdrawal decision.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the initial transactionunless expressly agreed otherwise.
TWOFIVE 2019, SL may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of return of the goods.
