DELIVERY OF ORDERS

Delivery times and companies depend on the payment and shipping methods chosen, as well as the region where the recipient is located.

If the payment method chosen is by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until the bank confirmation of the transfer is available.

It must be taken into account that the periods indicated are computed on working days and that they may be affected by local or national holidays.

In shipments to the Canary Islands, unlike shipments to the Balearic Islands and mainland Spain, VAT is not included in the final price of the product, however, the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case will we be able to determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the customer upon receiving his order since, in the case of the Canary Islands, it depends on the General Indirect Canary Tax (“IGIC”) and “Canary Islands customs”.

The delivery of the orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. CAN I CHANGE THE SIZE OF A PRODUCT?

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT?
